*The Better Africa Initiative (TBAI)*

The Better Africa Initiative (TBAI) is a comprehensive effort spearheaded by Global Village Connections (GVC) to tackle the continent’s most pressing challenges such as hunger, environmental degradation, access to clean water, livelihood opportunities, peace and safety, education, and responsible resource management, with the overarching goal of fostering sustainable development and prosperity across the African continent, through the

following missions

1. Mission Zero Hunger 2028: This mission aims to eradicate hunger in Africa by 2028 through community farming, support for small-scale farmers, and creating market connectivity for a balanced food supply globally.

2. Mission Clean & Green Earth 2035: Focused on environmental sustainability, this mission involves tree plantation, land regeneration projects, safe waste management systems, protection of natural ecosystems, and transitioning to green and clean energy initiatives by 2035.

3. Mission Clean Water 2030: This mission is geared towards providing access to clean drinking water and implementing rainwater-harvesting systems across Africa by 2030.

4. Mission Right to Livelihood 2030: Aimed at ensuring sustainable livelihoods, this mission entails skills development across all sectors, sustainable employment creation, and access to sustainable finance by 2030.

5. Mission Peaceful & Safe World 2035: Focused on promoting peace and safety, this mission involves addressing crimes, promoting inclusivity and peace education initiatives, and facilitating relocation projects for displaced people due to conflicts and natural disasters by 2035.

6. Mission Education, Knowledge & Information for All by 2030: This mission emphasizes universal access to basic education, exploring alternative education systems, and creating platforms for widespread knowledge and information dissemination by 2030.

7. Mission Mining for Africa: This mission aims to ensure the optimal utilization of Africa’s natural resources for the benefit of its people through various projects and initiatives.

*The Better Africa Fund (TBAF)*
The Better Africa Fund (TBAF) will serve as the financial backbone for TBAI’s missions, drawing support from a diverse array of sources including:
1. Governments of Africa:
2. International Organizations
3. Individuals and Organizations Living in Africa
4. Organizations and Individuals Living Outside Africa including diaspora
5. Funds from Mission Mining for Better Africa

The Better Africa Initiative seeks to foster sustainable development and prosperity.
