السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية أستعرض مشروع موازنة العام المالي القادم مع مدبولي ومعيط كما يوجه السيسي بالحفاظ علي الإنضباط المالي.

أجتمع السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي القائد العام والأعلي للقوات المسلحة المصرية ورئيس الجمهورية أمس الثلاثاء مع السيد الدكتور مصطفي كمال مدبولي محمد نصار رئيس مجلس الوزراء المصري والسيد الدكتور محمد أحمد محمد معيط وزير المالية المصري والسيد أحمد أشرف علي كجوك نائب وزير المالية للسياسات المالية.

 تطرق الإجتماع إلي إستعراض مشروع موازنة العام المالي القادم 2024/2025 كما عرض وزير المالية في هذا الإطار أبرز المؤشرات النهائية لمشروع الموازنة التي تستند علي تحقيق معدل نمو قدره 4% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كما ستشهد تحقيق فائض أولي قدره 3.5% وخفض العجز الكلي علي المدي المتوسط إلى 6%من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إلى جانب نمو الإيرادات بالموازنة العامة للدولة بنحو 36% لتصل إلى 2.6 تريليون جنيه ونمو المصروفات العامة للموازنة العامة للدولة بنسبة 29% لتصل إلى 3.9% تريليون جنيه وتخصيص 575 مليار جنيه للأجور، و636 مليار جنيه للدعم والمنح والمزايا الاجتماعية منها 144 مليار للسلع التموينية و154مليارلدعم المواد البترولية نتيجة لارتفاع أسعار البترول عالميًا وأثر تغير سعر الصرف وهذا يعتبر تحديًا كبيرًا للمالية العامة للدولة إضافة إلى أكثر من 40 مليار جنيه لـ«تكافل وكرامة إضافة إلى زيادة مخصصات الصحة والتعليم بنسبة 30%بإعتبارهما أولوية رئاسية لإستكمال إستراتيجية بناء الإنسان المصري خلال الموازنات المقبلة بدء من موازنة العام المالي 2024/2025أشار الوزير معيط إلى أنه سيتم لأول مرة هذا العام إدخال مفهوم موازنة الحكومة العامة بما يسهم فى بيان القدرات الحقيقية للمالية العامة للدولة وفق قراءة موضوعية تعكس كامل إيرادات ومصروفات الدولة وهيئاتها العامةموضحا أنه سيتم عرض موازنة الحكومة العامة في العام المالى 2024/2025 وتشمل الموازنة العامة للدولة وموازنات عدداً 40 هيئة إقتصادية كمرحلة أولي ليبلغ إجمالى إيرادات موازنة الحكومة العامة 4 تريليون جنيه بما يبلغ إجمالي تلك المصروفات 4.9 تريليون جنيه كما وجه السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية وجه في هذا الصدد بالإستمرار في الحفاظ علي الإنضباط المالي وضمان الإستدامة المالية للموازنة العامة للدولة بالإضافة إلى مواصلة إتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لخفض الدين العام للموازنة وأعباء خدمته.

 Mr President Abdel Fattah El Sisi President of the Republic reviewed the draft budget for the next fiscal year with Madbouly and Maait El Sisi also directed to maintain financial discipline.

 A 30% increase in allocations for health and education and 575 billion for wages and work to continue all necessary measures to reduce public debt and its service burdens and grow revenues by 36% until it reaches 2.6 trillion pounds.

 Mr President Abdel Fattah El Sisi Commander in Chief and Supreme Commander of the Egyptian Armed Forces and President of the Republic met yesterday Tuesday with Mr Dr Mostafa Kamal Madbouly Mohamed Nassar Prime Minister of Egypt Mr Dr Mohamad Ahmed Mohamad Maait Egyptian Minister of Finance and Mr Ahmad Ashraf Ali Kjouk Deputy Minister of Finance for Financial Policies.

  The meeting touched on a review of the draft budget for the next fiscal year 2024/2025 The Minister of Finance also presented in this context the most prominent final indicators of the draft budget which is based on achieving a growth rate of 4% of the gross domestic product It will also witness achieving an initial surplus of 3.5% and reducing the total deficit in the long term The average is 6% of the gross domestic product in addition to the growth of revenues in the state s general budget by about 36%, reaching 2.6 trillion pounds and the growth of public expenditures of the state s general budget by 29% reaching 3.9% trillion pounds and the allocation of 575 billion pounds for wages and 636 billion pounds for support grants and benefits Social services including 144 billion for food supplies and 154 billion for petroleum support as a result of the rise in global oil prices and the impact of the change in the exchange rate This is considered a major challenge to the state s public finances in addition to more than 40 billion pounds for Solidarity and Dignity in addition to increasing allocations for health and education by 30% considering them a presidential priority to complete the strategy Building the Egyptian human being during the upcoming budgets starting with the budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025 Minister Maait indicated that for the first time this year the concept of the general government budget will be introduced in a way that contributes to demonstrating the true capabilities of the state s public finances according to an objective reading that reflects the entire revenues and expenditures of the state and its public bodies He explained that it will be presented The general government budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025 includes the state s general budget and the budgets of a number of 40 economic bodies as a first stage bringing the total revenues of the general government budget to 4 trillion pounds with the total expenditures reaching 4.9 trillion pounds President Abdel Fattah El Sisi also directed the President of the Republic to continue in this regard In maintaining financial discipline and ensuring the financial sustainability of the state s general budget in addition to continuing to take all necessary measures to reduce the public budget debt and its service burdens.
