السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية وقف دعم أونروا عقاب جماعي للفلسطينيين وسكرتير عام الأمم المتحدة يشيد بالجهود المصرية للتهدئة وإدخال جميع المساعدات إلى القطاع كما أن السيسي يتابع مع سكرتير عام الأمم المتحدة الأمريكية السيد أنطونيو تطورات الأوضاع في قطاع غزة.

أستقبل السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي القائد العام والأعلي للقوات المسلحة المصرية ورئيس الجمهورية أمس الأحد بقصر الإتحادية بالقاهرة برئاسة الجمهورية السيد أنطونيو جوتيريش سكرتير عام الأمم المتحدة وذلك بحضور كلا من الأتي:-

السيد السفير سامح حسن شكري سليم وزير الخارجية والسيد اللواء عباس كامل رئيس جهاز المخابرات العامة المصرية والسيد المستشار السفير أحمد فهمي المتحدث الرسمي بإسم رئاسة الجمهورية والسيد فيليب لازاريني مفوض عام وكالة الأمم المتحدة لغوث وتشغيل اللاجئيين الفلسطينيين الأونروا والسيدة إلينا بانوفا المنسقة المقيمة للأمم المتحدة في مصر.

كما تناول اللقاء العديد من الموضوعات الدولية والإقليمية مع التركيز علي تطورات الأوضاع في قطاع غزة حيث أستعرض السيد الرئيس الجهود المكثفة للوصول إلى وقف فوري لإطلاق النار وتبادل المحتجزيين وإنفاذ المساعدات الإنسانية بالقدر الكافي لإغاثة المنكوبين بالقطاع سواء بالطريق البري بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأممية ذات الصلة أو من خلال الإسقاط الجوي لاسيما لمناطق شمال القطاع كما أكد السيسي قطع بعض الدول دعمها إلي الأونروا عقاب جماعي للأبرياء كما ثمن السيسي في هذا الإطار مواقف السكرتير العام للأمم المتحدة الأمريكية من الأزمة الجارية وحرصه الشديد علي الإلتزام بمبادئ القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني ونشاطه المستمر لحث المجتمع الدولي علي التحرك لإنهاء الحرب وحماية المدنيين مؤكداً ضرورة إضطلاع مجلس الأمن بمسئولياته في ذلك الإطار كما شدد علي خطورة قطع بعض الدول دعمها لوكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئيين الفلسطينيين الأونروا فيما يعد عقاباً جماعياً للفلسطينيين الأبرياء كما حث المجتمع الدولي علي التحرك لإنهاء الحرب وحماية المدنيين الأبرياء كما أعرب سكرتير عام الأمم المتحدة الأمريكية عن تقديره الكبير لدور مصر الإقليمي كركيزة أساسية ومحورية للإستقرار كما أشاد أيضا بالجهود المصرية للدفع نحو وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة وحرص مصر علي إبقاء منفذ رفح البري مفتوحاً بشكل مستمر علي مدار الشهور الماضية منذ بدء الأزمة الراهنة وحتي الأن لم يغلق معبر رفح مشيراً إلى زيارته أمس بمصر إلى المعبر ومثنياً في هذا الصدد علي ما لمسه من جهد مصري ضخم لقيادة وإدارة عملية إيصال المساعدات إلى أهالي قطاع غزة علي الرغم من العراقيل والصعوبات الشديدة التي تواجهها تلك العملية معيداً التشديد علي ضرورة وقف إطلاق النار لأغراض إنسانية ليتسني إدخال المساعدات وتوزيعها بشكل فعال علي أهالي القطاع كما تطرق اللقاء تطابق في المواقف بشأن خطورة الموقف وضرورة تجنب تغذية العوامل المؤدية لإتساع نطاق الصراع في المنطقة وكذلك الرفض التام والقاطع لتهجير الفلسطينيين من أراضيهم والرفض والتحذير من أي عملية عسكرية إسرائيلية في رفح الفلسطينية بما لها من تبعات كارثية علي الوضع المتدهور بالفعل كما شدد السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية والسكرتير العام للأمم المتحدة علي حتمية حل الدولتيين كمسار وحيد لتحقيق العدل والأمن والإستقرار بالمنطقة وضرورة تهيئة الظروف الملائمة لتفعيله.

 Mr President Abdel Fattah El Sisi Commander in Chief and Supreme Commander of the Egyptian Armed Forces and the President of the Republic received yesterday Sunday at the Federal Palace in Cairo under the presidency of the Republic Mr António Guterres Secretary General of the United Nations in the presence of the following: –

 Mr Ambassador Sameh Hassan Shukri Selim Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Major General Abbas Kamel Head of the Egyptian General Intelligence Service Mr Counselor Ambassador Ahmed Fahmy the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic Mr Philippe Lazzarini Commissioner General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees UNRWA and Ms Elena Panova the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Egypt.

 The meeting also discussed many international and regional issues with a focus on developments in the situation in the Gaza Strip where Mr President reviewed the intensified efforts to reach an immediate ceasefire exchange detainees and implement sufficient humanitarian aid to relieve the afflicted in the Strip whether by land in coordination with the relevant UN agencies or through Airdrops especially in the northern areas of the Gaza Strip Al Sisi also confirmed that some countries have cut off their support for UNRWA collective punishment of innocent people In this context Al Sisi appreciated the positions of the Secretary General of the United Nations regarding the ongoing crisis his keenness to adhere to the principles of international law and international humanitarian law and his continued activity to urge the international community to take action To end the war and protect civilians stressing the necessity of carrying out The Security Council fulfilled its responsibilities in that context It also stressed the danger of some countries cutting off their support for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees UNRWA in what amounts to collective punishment of innocent Palestinians It also urged the international community to take action to end the war and protect innocent civilians The Secretary General of the United Nations of America also expressed his great appreciation for Egypt s regional role As a basic and pivotal pillar of stability he also praised the Egyptian efforts to push for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and Egypt s keenness to keep the Rafah land crossing open continuously over the past months since the beginning of the current crisis and until now the Rafah crossing has not been closed pointing to his visit to the crossing yesterday in Egypt and praising the In this regard he noted the huge Egyptian effort to lead and manage the process of delivering aid to the people of the Gaza Strip despite the severe obstacles and difficulties that this process faces He reiterated the necessity of a ceasefire for humanitarian purposes so that aid could be brought in and distributed effectively to the people of the Strip The meeting also touched on matching In positions regarding the seriousness of the situation and the need to avoid fueling the factors leading to the expansion of the conflict in the region as well as the complete and categorical rejection of the displacement of Palestinians from their lands and the rejection and warning of any Israeli military operation in the Palestinian Rafah with its catastrophic consequences on the already deteriorating situation as stressed by Mr President Abdel Fattah El Sisi President of the Republic The Secretary General of the United Nations stressed the inevitability of the two state solution as the only path to achieving justice security and stability in the region and the necessity of creating the appropriate conditions for its implementation.
