الرئيس السيسي يشهد إحتفالية قادرون بإختلاف  في نسختها الخامسة من مركز المنارة للمؤتمرات.

المدينة العالمية تتضمن حياة مستمرة علي مدار العام بمختلف الأنشطة التي يتوافر بعضها لأول مرة في جمهورية مصر العربية كما وجه السيسي تقديره العظيم لأسر أبنائنا من ذوي الهمم الذين أمنوا بما لديهم من ثروة غالية نعتز بها.

كما وجه السيد الرئيس السيسي بالشكر والتقدير لمنظمات المجتمع المدني الذي تتضافر جهودها مع الحكومة في نموذج وطني متكامل ومشرف ومع ذلك مجموعات المستشار حسام نوار مستمرة منذ البداية في مساندة الدولة المصرية من خلال تثقيف المجتمع بأكمله علي المستويين المحلي والدولي.

توجه الحكومة بتخصيص 10 مليارات جنيه لصندوق قادرون بإختلاف.

السيسي في كلمته بالنسخة الخامسة من إحتفالية قادرون بإختلاف دعم وعطاء وحب متواصل من السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية لأبناءه من ذوي الهمم وثروة مصر الأساسية مواردها البشرية وعلي رأسها ذوي الهمم.

بناتي وأبنائي من ذوي الهمم الحضور الكريم

               السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

أود في البداية أن أرحب بأسر أبنائنا من ذوي الهمم وأؤكد شعوري الدائم بالفخر والإمتنان لاستمرار لقائنا السنوي الذي أصبح تقليداً مهما وعلامة سنوية بارزة تؤكد إستمرار إلتزام مصر برعاية أبنائها وبناتها وإتاحة المجال أمامهم للتقدم والإزدهار إيماناً بأن ثروة هذا البلد الأساسية تتمثل في مواردها البشرية وعلي رأسهم أبناؤنا من ذوي الهمم وأسمحوا لي أن أؤكد فى هذا الإطار إعتزازي الشديد بما تحققونه من نجاحات باهرة تثبت مجدداً أصالة المعدن المصري وقدرته علي تحدي الصعاب أي كانت وإيجاد الفرص من بين التحديات والمنح من قلب المحن وإننا جميعا علي دراية كاملة بالنماذج المضيئة لمصريين عظام صنعوا بعزيمتهم الصلبة التقدم والفخر لبلادهم فى العلوم والأداب والفنون والرياضة وغيرهاكما أكد السيسي لا يفوتني أن أعرب عن تقديري العظيم لأسر وعائلات أبنائنا من ذوي الهمم الذين أمنوا بما لديهم من ثروة غالية وبذلوا من حياتهم وطاقتهم الكثير ثقة في أن أبناءهم.. قادرون علي إحداث الفارق لهذا الوطن الذي لن ينهض إلا بسواعد أبنائه وقدراتهم وأتقدم كذلك بالشكر إلى منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة في هذا المجال التي تتضافر جهودها مع جهود الحكومة في نموذج وطني متكامل ومشرف من أجل تقديم كل عون ودعم لأبنائنا من ذوي الهمم.

الحضور الكريم

يواجه عالمنا اليوم وإقليمياً تحديات جمة وأزمات صعبة تفرض أوضاعاً تتطلب الوحدة والجلد والثبات وأؤكد لكم أننا أخترنا هذا الطريق طريق العمل والصبر والتضحية ثقة منا في قدرات هذا الشعب العظيم وأستلهاما لما نراه دائما في أبنائنا من ذوي الهمم من قدرة علي تحمل الصعاب والنجاح رغم كل المعوقات وفى هذا الإطار فقد وجهت الحكومة بإستمرار العمل علي برامجها لدعم ذوي الهمم والبناء علي النجاحات التي تحققت علي مدار الأعوام السابقة وعلي رأسها زيادة المنشأت المخصصة لخدمات ذوي الهمم والإستمرار فى إصدار بطاقات الخدمات المتكاملة والدعم النقدي وإستمرار عمليات توظيفهم في الجهات الحكومية بما فى ذلك الوظائف القيادية فضلاً عن صدور القانون الخاص بدعم صندوق قادرون باختلاف.

فى ختام كلمتي أود أن أعرب لكم عن بالغ تقديري وإحترامى لعزيمتكم وإرادتكم وكفاحكم وعن سعادتي البالغة بتواجدي معكم ولقائكم اليوم متمنياً لكم كل التوفيق والنجاح.

 President Sisi witnesses the fifth edition of Qaderoon Bi Difference celebration at Al Manara Convention Center.

 The International City includes continuous life throughout the year with various activities some of which are available for the first time in the Arab Republic of Egypt Sisi also directed his great appreciation to the families of our children with disabilities who believed in the precious wealth they have that we cherish.

 Mr President Sisi also thanked and appreciated the civil society organizations whose efforts are joining forces with the government in an integrated and honorable national model However consultant Hossam Nawwar s groups have continued from the beginning to support the Egyptian state by educating the entire community at the local and international levels.

 The government directs to allocate 10 billion pounds to the Qaderoon Fund with a difference.

 Al Sisi in his speech at the fifth edition of the Qaderoon celebration with the continuous support giving and love of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi President of the Republic for his children with disabilities and Egypt s basic wealth is its human resources especially those with disabilities.

 My daughters and sons are people of determination honorable presence

                May the peace blessings and mercy of God be upon you

 I would like first of all to welcome the families of our children of special needs and to affirm my constant feeling of pride and gratitude for the continuation of our annual meeting which has become an important tradition and a prominent annual milestone that confirms Egypt s continued commitment to caring for its sons and daughters and providing them with the opportunity to progress and prosper in the belief that this country s basic wealth is represented by its human resources led by our sons Of people of determination and allow me to affirm in this context my extreme pride in the amazing successes you have achieved that prove once again the authenticity of Egyptian metal and its ability to challenge difficulties whatever they may be and to find opportunities from among challenges and gifts from the heart of adversity and we are all fully aware of the shining examples of great Egyptians who with their solid determination made progress And pride for their country in science literature arts sports etc As Sisi stressed I cannot fail to express my great appreciation to the families and families of our children of determination who believed in the precious wealth they had and gave a lot of their lives and energy trusting that their children are capable of making a difference for this country that will not rise Except with the help and capabilities of its children I also extend my thanks to the civil society organizations working in this field whose efforts combine with the efforts of the government in an integrated and honorable national model in order to provide all aid and support to our children of determination.

Ladies and Gentelmen

 Our world today and regionally faces many challenges and difficult crises that impose conditions that require unity perseverance and steadfastness I assure you that we have chosen this path the path of work patience and sacrifice out of our confidence in the capabilities of this great people and inspired by what we always see in our children of determination the ability to endure difficulties and succeed despite all obstacles Within this framework the government has directed the government to continue working on its programs to support people of determination and to build on the successes achieved over the previous years most notably the increase in facilities designated for services for people of determination the continuation of issuing integrated service cards and cash support and the continuation of their employment operations in government agencies including leadership positions as well as Issuance of the law to support the Qaderoon Fund differently.

 In concluding my speech I would like to express to you my deep appreciation and respect for your determination will and struggle and my great pleasure in being with you and meeting you today wishing you all the best and success.

 May God grant us all success for what is good for this noble country
