 The International Court for the Settlement of International Disputes, headquartered in London, operates under the umbrella of the United Nations in accordance with the General Assembly’s resolution (Resolution 1976/31/89) and is complementary to its counterpart, the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

        The Court has 3 official headquarters in London, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands, and 24 branches and 11 chambers in most countries of the world. It includes a large group of international judges, experts, and arbitrators accredited to consider international lawsuits related to commercial disputes and investment disputes, as well as international political disputes that occur between countries or between components of political society for adjudication.
