السيسي في مؤتمر صحفي مشترك مع رئيس الوزراء الهولندي مارك روتهMark Rutte بحضور كلا من الأتي:-

تحذير مصري هولندي من أي عملية برية في رفح الفلسطينية.

السيسي دولة الإحتلال تنتهك القانون الدولي وينبغي وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة فوراً.

كلمة السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي القائد العام والأعلي للقوات المسلحة المصرية ورئيس الجمهورية خلال المؤتمر الصحفي المشترك مع السيد مارك روته رئيس وزراء دولة مملكة هولندا.

الحضور الكريم.

أسمحوا لي في البداية دولة رئيس الوزراء أن أُرحب بكم في زيارتكم لمصر التي تعكس عمق العلاقات الثنائية التاريخية المشتركة ومستوى التنسيق والتعاون بين البلديين

لقد تناولت المباحثات أمس تأكيد إلتزام البلديين بإستكشاف سبل تدعيم وتعزيز العلاقات الثنائية في ضوء وجود أفاق أوسع للتعاون الثنائي في مختلف شتي المجالات السياسية والإقتصادية والعلمية والثقافيةوعكست تلك المباحثات توافق الرؤي حول أهمية مصر كشريك أساسي موثوق فيه للإتحاد الأوروبي ودوله الأعضاء في مختلف المجالات ذات الإهتمام المشترك بما في ذلك مكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية ومكافحة الإرهاب ودعم تحقيق الأمن والإستقرار في المنطقة بما يحقق ذلك المصالح المصرية الأوروبية رئيس الوزراء الهولندي أشعر بالفخر بالدور العظيم تلعبه جمهورية مصر العربية في أزمة غزة السيسي وإتفاقنا أيضاً مع دولة رئيس الوزراء علي تواجد إمكانيات كبيرة لزيادة حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلديين وجذب المزيد من الإستثمارات الهولندية المباشرة في السوق المصري لاسيما في القطاعات ذات الإهتمام المشترك ومن بينها قطاع الطاقة المتجددة والخضراءكما تم تناول قضية الهجرة غير الشرعية واللاجئين كما وضح السيسي لدولة رئيس الوزراء الهولندي الجهد الذي تبذله مصر بإستضافة أكثر من 9 مليون ضيف في مصر يتمتعون بالخدمات العامة مثلهم مثل المواطنيين المصريين كما أكد السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي أيضاً ما تظهره تلك الحقيقة من ضرورة تعزيز الإستقرار في دول المنطقة بما يحد من ظاهرتي الهجرة الغير شرعية واللجوء.

السيدات والسادة.

كما ركزت هذه المباحثات أيضاً بطبيعة الحال علي الأوضاع في المنطقة وتحديداً الحرب في قطاع غزة أثر التصعيد العسكري الإسرائيلي علي القطاع كما أكد السيسي مجدداً حتمية الوقف الفوري لإطلاق النار في القطاع وإنهاء إسرائيل لأعمالها العدائية في المنطقة كما دعا السيسي في هذا الصدد دولة رئيس الوزراء الهولندي إلى بذل جهوده الصادقة في هذا الإطار بإعتبار ذلك شرطاً أساسي لإنهاء تلك الكارثة الإنسانية في قطاع غزة وإنهاء مظاهر التصعيد والتوتر في مختلف أنحاء الإقليم كذلك إن ما تمارسه سلطة الإحتلال هو إزاء للمدنيين في قطاع غزة يمثل إنتهاكاً جسيماً للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني ولقد حذرت جمهورية مصر العربية مراراً من الخطط الإسرائيلية لجعل الحياة في قطاع غزة مستحيلة كما تحذر مصر أيضاً من المخطط الإسرائيلي لفعل عملية عسكرية برية في مدينة رفح الفلسطينية بما يهدد ذلك حياة ما يزيد عن واحد ونصف مليون نازح تتحمل إسرائيل مسئولية حمايتهم وفقاً لقواعد القانون الدولي أكد السيسي أيضاً إن قرار بعض الدول تعليق مساهماتها لوكالة ” الأونروا ” يتنافي مع كافة الأعراف والقيم الإنسانية كما أكد السيسي مرة أخرى التعامل مع حقوق الفلسطينيين بمعايير مزدوجة .. فلا يمكن أن نعاقب وكالة أُممية بأكملها بسبب إتهامات بعض الموظفين بها علاوة علي ذلك فإن الأونروا تقوم بدور حصري في إستقبال وتوزيع المساعدات في غزة ولا يجب المساس بهذا الدور.

السيدات والسادة.

لا يخفي عليكم أن ما يحدث بقطاع غزة أمام أعين العالم تقابله في الضفة الغربية سياسة معرقلة لحياة الفلسطينيين سواء من خلال إطلاق سرعة لعنف المستوطنين أو من خلال عمليات الهدم والطرد والإقتحامات العسكرية ومصادرة أراضي مدن الضفة فضلاً عن الأنشطة الإستيطانية وتكريس الإحتلال كما أُود أن أختم كلمتي بالتأكيد علي أن معاناة الشعب الفلسطيني في كامل الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة علي مدار العقود الماضية لن تتوقف سوي بالإعتراف بدولة فلسطين ومنحها العضوية الكاملة في الأمم المتحدة والعمل علي تنفيذ حل الدولتيين وفقاً للمرجعيات الدولية وأن المماطلة في حل تلك القضية يعرض المنطقة بل والعالم بأسره لمخاطر عدم الإستقرار.

 An Egyptian Dutch warning against any ground operation in Palestinian Rafah.

 Al Sisi The occupying state is violating international law and there should be an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

 Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte appreciates Cairo’s role in the Palestinian issue and promising opportunities for cooperation between Egypt and the European Union

Ladies and Gentelmen.

 Allow me at the beginning Prime Minister to welcome you to your visit to Egypt which reflects the depth of the shared historical bilateral relations and the level of coordination and cooperation between the two countries.

 The discussions yesterday focused on confirming the commitment of the two countries to exploring ways to strengthen and enhance bilateral relations in light of the existence of broader horizons for bilateral cooperation in various political economic scientific and cultural fields Including combating illegal immigration combating terrorism and supporting the achievement of security and stability in the region in a way that achieves Egyptian-European interests Dutch Prime Minister I feel proud of the great role played by the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Gaza Sisi crisis and our agreement also with the Prime Minister that there is great potential to increase the volume of trade exchange between Municipalities and attracting more direct Dutch investments in the Egyptian market especially in sectors of common interest including the renewable and green energy sector The issue of illegal immigration and refugees was also addressed and Sisi explained to the Dutch Prime Minister the effort that Egypt is making by hosting more than 9 million guests in Egypt who enjoy the services The public is just like Egyptian citizens and President Abdel Fattah El Sisi also emphasized what this fact shows is the necessity of enhancing stability in the countries of the region in a way that limits the phenomena of illegal immigration and asylum.

 Ladies and Gentlemen.

These discussions also naturally focused on the situation in the region specifically the war in the Gaza Strip and the impact of the Israeli military escalation on the Strip Al Sisi also reiterated the inevitability of an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and Israel ending its hostilities in the region In this regard Al Sisi called on the Dutch Prime Minister to He exerted his sincere efforts in this context considering this a basic condition for ending this humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip and ending the manifestations of escalation and tension in various parts of the region Also what the occupying authority is doing towards civilians in the Gaza Strip represents a grave violation of international law and international humanitarian law and the Arab Republic of Egypt has warned Repeatedly there are Israeli plans to make life in the Gaza Strip impossible Egypt also warns of the Israeli plan to carry out a ground military operation in the Palestinian city of Rafah which threatens the lives of more than one and a half million displaced people Israel bears the responsibility to protect them in accordance with the rules of international law Sisi also confirmed that the decision of some Countries suspending their contributions to UNRWA is inconsistent with all human norms and values Al Sisi also stressed once again that dealing with the rights of Palestinians is based on double standards We cannot punish an entire UN agency because of the accusations made by some of its employees Moreover UNRWA plays an exclusive role in receiving and distributing aid In Gaza this role should not be compromised.

 Ladies and Gentlemen.

 It is no secret to you that what is happening in the Gaza Strip before the eyes of the world is matched in the West Bank by a policy that obstructs the lives of Palestinians whether through the rapid unleashing of settler violence or through demolitions expulsions military incursions and confiscation of the lands of West Bank cities in addition to settlement activities and the perpetuation of the occupation I would also like to conclude my speech with certainty However the suffering of the Palestinian people throughout the occupied Palestinian territory over the past decades will not stop except by recognizing the State of Palestine granting it full membership in the United Nations and working to implement the two state solution in accordance with international references Procrastination in resolving this issue exposes the region and even the entire world to the dangers of instability.
