مواقف إيجابية في تاريخ العلاقات الثنائية تجسد معاني التعاون الحقيقي بين البلديين و20 مليار دولار إستثمارات كويتية في مصر و100 إتفاقية تعاون مشترك في شتي المجالات وحرص قيادة الجانبين علي توفير فرص النمو والإزدهار لمسيرة التعاون بيين البلديين الشقيقين ” الشيخ مشعل الأحمد والسيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية مستمرين لتعزيز التعاون الثنائي تاريخ الكويت دليل علي نسيج شعبها المتماسك لأن دولة الكويت بحثاً عن السلام والأمان وتعتبر الكويت دولة حديثة نسبياً حيث أنها نشأت قبل ثلاث قرون تقريباً في مطلع القرن السابع عشر الميلاد وعرفت كإمارة مستقلة تدير أمورها الإجتماعية والتجارية والتعليمية والفضائية وتشير بعض المراجع إلي أنها عرفت ككيان إجتماعي مستقل في عام 1613وكانت هذه الإمارة قد تكون من جموع قبلية أكثرها من قبائل تقطن شمال ووسط الجزيرة العربية خاصة من نجد وجماعات وافدة من العراق وكونت الكويت مجتمعا متضامنا عمل مختلف المهن من رعي الأغنام إلي الزراعة البسيطة والموسمية وأعمال البحر التجارية وصيد الأسماك والبحث عن اللؤلؤ وكانت هذه التجارة رائجة في سواحل الخليج العربي وهناك من يرجع إلي تاريخ نشأت الكويت سنة 1756 هذا التاريخ هو إلا نشأة الحكم وبداية إختيار الشعب الكويتي حاكما له في هذا التوقيت.
