By Doctor ying cheih From china 🇨🇳 Taiwan   全球任何國家在地球不能‘無法無天’。 人類在國家架構設有‘國法’，確保國家與人民穩定互動。 同樣的，地球上人類的國家族群，也必定要有一個共同合理的律法，才能維護各個政治實體與人民在地球安全穩定和平發展 。 今日國家族群戰爭原因，就是國家之間沒有共同遊戲規則，沒有共識的共同律法。 這是全球政治人物共同的政治責任。 文明進化的人類世代，國家主義鬥爭 ，是很遺憾的。 國家主義鬥爭傷害國家人民生命財產的安全穩定。 人類唯有解放國家主義，邁入”世界整合行政思想全球民主憲政共和世界主義”，地球人類才會獲得”真正世界和平”。 家有家法，國有國法，全球政體在地球也必須有”世界憲法”。 政治人物合理有效的建設”地球世界憲法”執行全球治理，是緊急共同的需要。 人類在地球必須有集體領導中心。 政體獨霸的國家主義鬥爭，是全球人類”世界和平”的絆腳石。 人類集體智慧總是趨吉避凶的。 國家主義是凶，因它帶著戰爭隨行。 ‘世界整合行政思想’是”吉”，因它化解了戰爭。 地球的人類，地球上所有國家之間，不能沒有共同的‘秩序’。 家有家法，國有國法。 全球所有的政治實體之間，也必定要有共同的律法。 那就是，‘世界整合行政思想’的‘地球世界憲法’。 這是地球人類共同利益的新世界次序。 人類在地球大融合時代的創新政治思想 人類需要的是‘全球法定的霸權’，不是個別政治實體對其他政體的霸權。 人類在地球需要的不是國家主義鬥爭的‘帝國世界主義’的霸權，而是‘世界整合行政思想’、‘全球民主憲政共和的世界主義’創新國際政治思想。 人類在地球，唯有邁向真正世界和平的合理、有效‘地球管理委員會’這樣的世界政府體系，才是人類在地球的福氣。 人類文明變遷之中， 傳統的國王、王后、王子、公主、帝國霸權世界主義者，都將成為過去式。 人類文明進化生生不息，人類在地球必然能邁入和平永續，共存、共榮發展，這是一種趨勢。 今日人類種族大融合的政治作為，是人類唯一邁向”真正世界和平”的道路。 當代啟動人類大融合政治行為的政治家， 將會是在人類史留名，將是受人尊敬，是個合乎當代合格標準政治力的政治家。 帝國世界主義國家主義的不當優越感，促使全球人類嚴重對立，並 不利該國人民和平生活品質，也不利於全球人類”真正世界和平”的發展。 當代政治家必須具備”真正世界和平”的政治力。 “世界整合行政思想”讓政治家的 當代合格標準政治力達標。 國家主義、種族主義的鬥爭行為， 煽動族群對立，只是更製造政治實體之間的互相敵對，是兩敗俱傷，是危害全球人類生命、財產安全，為害全球人類的”真正世界和平”， 也危害自己國家人民的安全與幸福發展。 呼籲地球人類、全球政治實體政治當局、全球政治家們，必須即時覺醒。 只有解放國家主義，邁入‘世界整合行政思想’、‘全球民主憲政共和世界主義’，人類在地球才能享受”真正世界和平”、安居樂業的生活。…
