مصر تدعم حل النزاعات من أجل السلام والتنمية ورئيس وزراء أرمينيا بحثنا التهدئة بالشرق الأوسط والقوقاز.

جهود مصرية مكثفة لوقف إطلاق النار في غزة وتعزيز التعاون الثنائي المشترك بين الجانبين المصري والأرميني في كافة المجالات.

السيدات والسادة الحضور.

بداية أود أن أعرب عن سعادتي بإستقبال فخامة السيد رئيس وزراء جمهورية أرمينيا الصديقة والوفد المرافق لسيادته في زيارة تؤكد مدي إهتمام الجانبيين المصري والأرميني وعزمهما علي تعزيز وتطوير تعاونهما المشترك بما يحقق ذلك مصالح الشعبين وبالبناء علي العلاقات التاريخية الممتدة التي تربط البلدين التي ترجع إلى إستضافة مصر تاريخياً لعشرات الألاف من الأرمن الذين سكنوا مصر وساهموا في إثراء المجتمع المصري في العديد من المجالات السياسية والإقتصادية والثقافية والفنيةوتشرف السيسي في هذا الإطار الإشارة إلى أن المباحثات التي أجريت أمس الثلاثاء 5/3/2024 اليوم قد أكدت تطلع البلديين لزيادة حجم التبادل التجاري بينهما والتواجد الإستثماري في كليهما بما يتناسب مع المستوي المتميز لعلاقاتهما السياسية وذلك من خلال إستكشاف مجالات جديدة للتعاون لاسيما في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والذكاء الإصطناعي والصناعات الغذائية والدوائيةكما أكد السيسي أيضاً خلال المباحثات أمس إستعدادنا لنقل الخبرة المصرية في مجالات البنية التحتية والإنشاءات والنقل وإنتاج الطاقة إلى الجانب الأرميني وبحث سبل الإستفادة من الخبرة التي تتمتع بها الشركات الأرمينية في مجال الذكاء الإصطناعي كما شهدت أيضاً هذه المباحثات تأكيد أهمية تنشيط دور الأليات المؤسسية القائمة بين البلديين لاسيما اللجنة المشتركة للتعاون الإقتصادي والعلمي والفني ومنتدي رجال الأعمال في تعزيز مسارات التعاون بين البلديين خلال الفترة المقبلة كما أود في هذا السياق الإعراب عن إعتزازنا بمستوي التعاون والتنسيق القائم والمستمر بين الجانبين فى شتي المحافل الدولية.

لقد أستعرضت مع فخامة رئيس الوزراء الأرميني الجهود التي تبذلها مصرلتحقيق وقف إطلاق النار الفوري في قطاع غزة المحتل وتحقيق التهدئة بالضفة الغربية حتى يتسني تسوية القضية الفلسطينية من خلال الدولة الفلسطينية ذات السيادة على خطوط 4/6/1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية وفقاً لقرارات الشرعية الدولية المعتمدة ذات صلة وإحلال السلام والتعايش في المنطقة بدلاً من الحروب والدمار والخراب كما أكدت خلال المباحثات علي دعم مصر لكافة المبادرات الرامية إلى تحقيق السلام والإستقرار في منطقة جنوب القوقاز ومساندتنا الكاملة للحوار والتفاوض كأحد أدوات حل النزاعات سعياً لتحقيق السلام العادل والشامل والسماح بتدشين مرحلة جديدة من النمو والتنمية بما يحقق مصالح شعوب المنطقةختاماً أرحب مجدداً بفخامة رئيس الوزراء الأرميني في جمهورية مصر العربية وأعرب عن أملي في أن تكون هذه الزيارة خطوة رئيسية في سبيل تعزيز وتطوير التعاون المشترك في كافة المجالات بين بلدينا الصديقيين بما يثري العلاقات والروابط التاريخية التي تجمع شعبي البلديين الشقيقين.

Firstly I would like to express my happiness in receiving His Excellency the Prime Minister of the friendly Republic of Armenia and the delegation accompanying him on a visit that confirms the extent of the interest of the Egyptian and Armenian sides and their determination to strengthen and develop their joint cooperation in a way that achieves the interests of the two peoples and builds on the extended historical relations that bind the two countries which go back to Egypt’s historical hosting For the tens of thousands of Armenians who lived in Egypt and contributed to enriching Egyptian society in many political economic cultural and artistic fields In this context Sisi is honored to point out that the discussions held yesterday Tuesday 5/3/2024 confirmed the aspiration of the two municipalities to increase the volume of trade exchange between them and the investment presence in Both of them are in line with the distinguished level of their political relations by exploring new areas of cooperation especially in the fields of information technology artificial intelligence and the food and pharmaceutical industries Al Sisi also affirmed during the discussions yesterday our readiness to transfer Egyptian expertise in the fields of infrastructure construction transportation and energy production to the Armenian side and to discuss ways to benefit from it The experience enjoyed by Armenian companies in the field of artificial intelligence These discussions also witnessed the confirmation of the importance of revitalizing the role of existing institutional mechanisms between the two municipalities especially the Joint Committee for Economic Scientific and Technical Cooperation and the Businessmen Forum in strengthening cooperation paths between the two municipalities during the coming period I would also like in this context to express my We are proud of the existing and ongoing level of cooperation and coordination between the two sides in various international forums.

I reviewed with His Excellency the Armenian Prime Minister the efforts made by Egypt to achieve an immediate ceasefire in the occupied Gaza Strip and achieve calm in the West Bank so that the Palestinian issue can be settled through a sovereign Palestinian state along the 4/6/1967 lines with East Jerusalem as its capital in accordance with the relevant resolutions of international legitimacy adopted connection and establishing peace and coexistence in the region instead of wars destruction and devastation I also stressed during the discussions Egypt s support for all initiatives aimed at achieving peace and stability in the South Caucasus region and our full support for dialogue and negotiation as one of the tools for resolving conflicts in an effort to achieve just and comprehensive peace and allow the launch of a new phase of growth and development including It achieves the interests of the peoples of the region In conclusion I once again welcome His Excellency the Armenian Prime Minister to the Arab Republic of Egypt and I express my hope that this visit will be a major step towards strengthening and developing joint cooperation in all fields between our two friendly countries in a way that enriches the historical relations and ties that bring together the peoples of the two brotherly countries.
