ASSISTANCE IN VENEZUELA

Miami Gardens, Florida. The organization All for Venezuela continues to strengthen its humanitarian mission through a new international operation aimed at supporting the Venezuelan healthcare system, thanks to the cooperation of civil society organizations, companies, foundations, donors, and volunteers committed to saving lives.

As part of this initiative, Ambassador Dr. Luis Suárez Hernández is joining international cooperation efforts alongside health professionals, institutions, and allied organizations, supporting the coordination of actions to strengthen humanitarian corridors and facilitate the shipment of medical aid to Venezuela.

On July 7, representatives from All for Venezuela, the Suarez Museum of Natural Science & History, and W Aviation—three of the organizations backing this humanitarian action—held a working meeting to continue coordinating the channeling and shipment of aid destined for those most in need in Venezuela. Participants representing these organizations included Alejandro Assor, Raúl Campello, Mayra Merchán, Ambassador Dr. Luis Suárez Hernández, Mariela Briceño, Isabel Hernández, and Ana Yepes, all of whom reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening this international cooperation initiative.

The operation involves receiving 11 pallets of medical, surgical, and hospital supplies destined for university hospitals and specialized organizations that care for pediatric, oncology, and cardiovascular patients, as well as individuals with ostomies and other patients with priority medical-surgical needs.

Additionally, logistical planning is underway to dispatch a Boeing 767 cargo plane capable of transporting an additional 30 pallets of humanitarian aid, significantly expanding the response capacity to address the needs of the Venezuelan healthcare system.

Since 2017, All for Venezuela has built a robust cooperation network linking public and private donors in the United States with Venezuelan civil society organizations, facilitating the delivery of medicines, medical equipment, and essential supplies based on principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency.

This new mission demonstrates the impact international cooperation can achieve when organizations, leaders, healthcare professionals, businesses, and volunteers join forces for a common purpose: strengthening healthcare, offering hope, and contributing to the well-being of thousands of Venezuelans.
