عبدالله محمد رزوق… الإنسان الذي يختصر المسافة بين الإدارة والناس

في مدينةٍ عريقة مثل حلب، وُلد عبدالله محمد رزوق عام 1986، ونشأ وهو يحمل بين ضلوعه شغفًا بالعلم والعمل والناس. إنه إنسان يُجيد الإصغاء ويؤمن بأن الإدارة الحقيقية تبدأ من نبض الشارع.

حصل على إجازة في الاقتصاد والتجارة من جامعة الزيتونة الدولية، ودبلوما في العلوم السياسية، وحرص دائما على توسيع آفاقه المعرفية، فتابع عشرات الدورات في الدبلوماسية، الاقتصاد الإسلامي، القيادة، والتنظيم المجتمعي، مع مؤسسات مرموقة مثل أكاديمية آفاد، T.R.E.M International، والمنظمة العربية للهلال الأحمر والصليب الأحمر.

بدأ رزوق رحلته المهنية في شركة بادنجكي للأدوات المنزلية، وأنابيب الشمال، وتأسيس ميزانيات بأكثر من ٣٠٠ شركة على المستوى المحلي والاقليمي ليرسّخ قاعدة عملية متينة في قطاع التجارة والإدارة. انتقل لاحقا إلى تركيا، حيث تقلّد مناصب عليا في عدة شركات كمدير مالي وتنفيذي، منها مجموعة بيره جكلي اوغلو وشهبا تكس، إضافة إلى إدارته المالية لشركات “أونلاين في الأردن ومناطق متعددة في تركيا. كما لعب دورا فاعلا في حل نزاعات كمستشار في النزاعات التجارية، مشكّلا جسرا بين الشركات ومجتمعات الأعمال.

ولأن المعرفة لا تكتمل دون عطاء، فكان من الاعضاء المؤسسين بظل الثورة السورية في المجمع التربوي في الشمال السوري حرصا على تعليم أبناء المنطقة وعمل في الرقابة والتفتيش . قدّم الكثير التطوعية ودورات مجانية في تأهيل في الاقتصاد و المحاسبة دعما للشباب في الشمال السوري، وشارك في تنظيم مؤتمرات وندوات عبر الإنترنت أهمية البرامج المحاسبية في الشركات و مؤتمر مميز بالتعاون مع المركز الخليجي للمعلومات والوثائق حول حقوق الشباب في برامج البرلمانات العربية.

على الصعيد المحلي، تجلّى التزامه المجتمعي من خلال لقاءاته الدائمة مع الشخصيات الدينية والفعاليات المدنية، معبّرا عن قناعة راسخة بأن الإدارة لا يجب أن تكون معزولة عن قِيَم المجتمع، بل متجذّرة فيه.

رزوق اليوم هو أكثر من مجرد إداري ناجح؛ إنه شخصية مدنية تؤمن بالإصلاح من الداخل، وتقود بالهدوء لا بالصخب، وبالمعرفة لا بالشعارات. وفي حلب، حيث تعانق الصبر بالأمل، تظل أمثاله منارات هادئة تؤمن أن التغيير الحقيقي يبدأ من التواضع والإصغاء والبناء.

Abdullah Mohammed Razzouk… The Man Who Bridges the Gap Between Management and People

Born in the ancient city of Aleppo in 1986, Abdullah Mohammed Razzouk grew up with a passion for knowledge, work, and people. He is a person who excels at listening and believes that true management begins with the pulse of the street.

He studied at the Banking Institute in Aleppo and continued his education, earning a degree in Commerce and Economics and a diploma in Political Science. He consistently sought to expand his knowledge horizons, completing dozens of courses in diplomacy, Islamic economics, leadership, and community organization with prestigious institutions such as AFAD Academy, T.R.E.M International, and the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization.

Razzouk began his professional journey at Badanjki Home Appliances Company and Al-Shamal Pipes, establishing budgets for over 300 companies at both local and regional levels, thereby solidifying a strong practical foundation in the trade and management sector. He later moved to Turkey, where he held senior positions as a financial and executive manager in several companies, including Birahjikli Oglu Group and Shahba Tex, in addition to managing the finances of online companies in Jordan and various regions in Turkey. He also played an active role in dispute resolution as a consultant in commercial disputes, forming a bridge between companies and business communities.

Because knowledge is incomplete without giving back, he was one of the founding members of the Educational Complex in Northern Syria, dedicated to educating the region’s children. He contributed extensively through volunteer work and free courses in economics and accounting to support the youth in Northern Syria. He also participated in organizing online conferences and seminars on the importance of accounting software in companies and a notable conference in cooperation with the Gulf Centre for Information and Documentation on the rights of youth in Arab parliamentary programs.

On the local level, his community commitment was evident through his ongoing meetings with religious figures and civil society actors, expressing a firm conviction that management should not be isolated from community values but rather deeply rooted in them.

Today, Razzouk is more than just a successful administrator; he is a civil figure who believes in reform from within, leading with calm, not noise, and with knowledge, not slogans. In Aleppo, where patience embraces hope,
