أقامت جمعية بلاد الرافدين الثقافية الاسترالية حفلا فنيا بمناسبة اسبوع اللاجئين

في مساء يوم الاثنيين 24\6\2024 في منظمة ستارتز بكَرَمار. شرّف المُناسبة حضور الريشما صلاح الكحيلي والترميدا بيام. وقد حضر الحفل وفد من جمعية هميانا الاجتماعية. كما تم تكريم السيدة مديرة الجمعية شهلاء شاكر بتقديم شهادة تقديرية لدعمها المتواصل وسعيها لخدمة الجالية العربية. شكرا جزيلا للاستاذ بشار حنا لدعوته الكريمة لنا. والى المزيد من التقدم والنجاح الباهر.

AMCA Refugee Week Celebration 24.06.2024

Under the theme of “Finding Freedom” – with a focus on family – The Australian Mesopotamian Cultural Association in partnership with STARTTS, Himyana Social Services Inc, and ACD, have celebrated the Refugee Week on Monday 24.06.2024.

The event also included motivational speeches by guest speakers and some beautiful cultural songs performed by Babak Karimi, Shahla Khamisi, Yaqo Hanna, Sana Yonan and Ninos Gabriel.

Finally, AMCA acknowledged the great work of five community members:

Dr Makki Kashkool – Acknowledgement Award for his dedication to promote family solidarity.

Ms Najah Kerbaj – Public Social Service Award

Mr Emil Ghareeb – Family and Adolescents Community Education award

Ms Shahla Khamisi – Thriving to Social and Community Service Award

Mrs Ban Hindi – Volunteer of 2024 Award

The event was concluded by the raffle tickets draw, light dinner and networking.
